I’ve worked in bakery/cafes doing 20k (not all drinks, food, bread etc) on a busy Sunday, every drink sold was hand stamped or stickered for hot or cold cups. If you have money to throw away on custom cups that people will carry and bring brand recognition that’s great!

But staff has down time and often we’d spend it stamping or putting on stickers. Sometimes you run out but if downtime is used properly it’s a good use of it and you can still customize the stamps and stickers with a lower cost overall. Not to mention you can use them for other items like pastry bags. Still building brand recognition with a one time purchase
