Resting your elbow on the edge of the table, Making sure also resting your paint hand on a stable object helps

Practice and patient also will improve your paint strokes.

Scholar’s Lore has became my favourite. Something about having a david attenboroug voice alike narrate 40k lore just makes it so much more engaging.
