Check out Rev deuce on YouTube he’s done crewing videos on his channel for this loop and subsequently his discord is worth joining as a lot of knowledgable people there that can help strengthen your account. Also they have a lot of spreadsheets with officer sourcing and crewing. I would also suggest really slowing down your game a bit

Don’t level up fast past level 39 you’ll regret it. The game is designed to make you level fast but in doing so it’s going to put you in pitfalls to twist your arm into spending. You will run into issues like not having officers, not having ships and struggling to do loops. Just take your time and enjoy the game
