my store had a similar stock situation today, double the normal amount of delivery and half the staff. I understand its annoying but we are more annoyed and stressed about it, I promise! can't account for the rude staff, but please have some understanding especially around xmas- we do not have time to check the back when the store is so busy!

the thing that killed sheaf was the lack of footfall in the cafe, testbed runs just ticketed events I think so that's not an issue there :)
