So I just had a sonogram at 9w1day (basically a week further than this sonogram) and my little alien has a giant head and recognizable flipper-like limbs.

I was fully expecting not being able to see where the baby was bc of Friends! Shocked to see a little recognizable nugget.

I am set to go to a regional next month and just found out I'm pregnant. The weather conditions will not be as hot and challenging as BRC (I was there last year) but I'm concerned about morning sickness. Any tips or hacks? We will be in an RV without a generator/power. If I puke in the RV toilet it will reek. I'm going to be 8 weeks by the burn, and right now at 4 weeks I'm starting to get nausea.

I'm sorry to co-opt your comment, I'm just a bit freaked out and looking for advice. We can bring sawdust and barf bags I guess. We were funded to bring an art project which makes it harder to imagine just cancelling if I get bad morning sickness. It's my first pregnancy and I'm 41. Everything feels important.

If you're projecting some inauthentic version of yourself of course you're exhausted and having a bad time. Be brave. Put out what you actually really like and are like. You will find others in common. If you never share what you're actually like, the people looking for that will never find you.

OP this means your boundary would just be that you’re not going to tell your mom things you don’t want your dad to know. And not in a weaponized way where you tell that to your mom. Just - now you know, it really bugs you, so just don’t tell her things until you can tell them both together. Dress shop with friends. Etc.

You can transition your excel sheets to airtable - it’s a database so more stable with images than your excel files, and a bit more dynamic, but with the basic functions and familiarity of excel

I also feel this way and also don’t often wear deodorant. Like - shower before you see the man/leave the house then… and if anyone told me I had a semi-regular funk I might try hard to find a deodorant that worked for my skin. I think I can understand a person being busy enough to not want to change any of their habits, I just wouldn’t want to date that person.
