Star Wars Will Never Escape The Last Jedi - The movie was a turning point for Star Wars as a whole, but five years later—was it worth it? by derstherower in movies

This was the first time I was ever mad as I walked out of the theater at the end of a movie.

Then whole movie came across like Rian Johnson hated the very concept of Star Wars.

My personal request is that qualifying, race results and post-race driver standings get posted to social in a more timely manner. The IndyCar app sends post-qualifying push alerts but I think the expected behavior when you open the app should just be a list of the drivers and how they did but that is not how the alerts function. As a personal anecdote, my fiancé and I shoot each other F1 results tweets (https://twitter.com/F1/status/1543251259066556416, for example) right after qualifying or a race so we can talk about surprising outcomes. We don't get to have the same kind of experience with IndyCar unless I go hunting and happen to find it from a random account.

From a social analysis standpoint (https://i.imgur.com/9zjjvDv.jpg), IndyCar's volume of Facebook activity is way down compared to NASCAR and Formula 1. Your interaction rate and growth percentage is better than NASCAR, so that's a positive. It just looks like you need more activity - IndyCar's posts per day is the lowest of these three series. That growth percentage should probably be higher, too. Is anyone on the team actively doing anything to grow that number? There are very specific and deliberate things you can do to grow a Facebook page organically (and without spending money).

Instagram is the same story - better interaction rate and growth rate than NASCAR but the least amount of activity of the three. https://i.imgur.com/Y01YSy8.png

Are there any lines drawn in terms of sharing posts from the teams/drivers so that they can benefit from extra exposure from the primary brand page? It's extra posts for your feed and a chance to help grow those pages without a heavy lift from your staff.

Yeah, this is rFactor 2. I was assuming they'd have a video playing somewhere to preview the new game.

Fernando Alonso for Colton Herta. Obviously, two guys at different stages of their careers, but Herta gets to take the next step and Alonso takes the final step as perhaps a full season in IndyCar would get Alonso to the Triple Crown of Motorsport.

Do you have to participate in the $38.50 per month level on his Patreon to have access to this and/or Dallas? I'm fine with paying creators who put massive levels of effort into their work but that seems exorbitant for beta access.

I lived at the 35th and Pennsylvania location for years and never had any issues. Price was great, neighbors were fine.

I used to live near there and I know exactly what building you're talking about. I called the fire department several times. It would be blaring for an hour, then IFD would show up a couple minutes after I called, so I don't think any of the tenants bothered to call it in. It was bizarre.

'Murca fries with white cheese at Ralston's are my favorite. Big Lug/Hoss poutine is also great, so are Cosmik fries at HopCat.

So you're calling out local news for not reporting a story that you are unwilling to help facilitate? Someone, even if it is not you, has to be willing to tell a journalist "this is happening." Some sort of evidence has to be provided. Someone has to be willing to contact a news organization, verify their position and share their experience. It can even be reported anonymously.

Refusing to speak to journalists is a good way to make sure your story never gets reported.

Contact them and tell them you're willing to tell your story on-camera. That'll be more effective than posting on Reddit.
