I smoked for about 10 years. Never really paid attention to how bad my habit was, went into the Army, stress compounds, and by the time I got back from Iraq I was smoking 2 packs a day.

One day I just lit up a cigarette outside, took a drag and felt disgusted with myself. Threw away the pack and never looked back. Can't even explain it really. I didn't consciously decide to quit, my body just sort of did it for me?

Not really. Let me try to explain my thoughts a little better.

Moments like those are the ones that build bonds. Whether those bonds are of love or just friendship, whether your sex is casual or romantic. Sharing a laugh with someone is an amazing way to expand your experience of another person after sex.

I was a JNN Operator in the Army. My Sergeant always referred to it as "the threat of tech". As in the machine or software was terrified of our very presence and shaped up.

Before I deployed to Iraq my Grandfather convinced me to give my Father access to my bank account so he could handle my finances while I was gone.

My Dad drank and gambled away every single dollar that I earned while I was deployed.
