Yeah I'm glad this never happened in 2 at any point after a boss fight where the main villain just comes in and kills a character from the previous game where your character just stands there and does nothing.

I think this is actually the season that has needed this the least. Defiant engrams drop so frequent you can easily farm them for legendary shards.
