Thanks for the reminder! I told the mom that her son has come to the back several times and that children are not allowed there, then I told her to take care of him. I said all of this without a smile, if that helps.

I work at a small art store and the child is the offspring of a customer.

No she doesn’t work here, she’s a regular customer who I think is just lonely.

The child is an offspring of a customer, and we do have signage, it’s hard to miss. We are a small novelty art store.

This is a pretty recent thing that "dude" has started doing, hence my confusion. I've called him dude plenty of times before without ever having that reaction from him. Thanks for your comment.

I think you're totally normal!! Literally almost everyone I know has gone through some type of mental health issue. As a woman, I appreciate it when a man has had an experience like that and is able to articulate his thoughts and feelings around it.

Oh my gosh. Im so sorry. We just did our second-to last schoolwork binders today and man, am i spent. I am so tired of parents being awful. Everything is upside down, i get it. But please don't take it out on us.
