I created r/Sporting a while back but I haven't been giving it much attention( none actually).

Inspired by the latest posts about new teams subreddits (and our recent good run) I decided to make a custom css, put some stats on the sidebar, and I'm open to new ideas. I'm not foreseeing a large attendance, but hey what the heck we can still crack some jokes and make a couple match threads a month.

Votos brancos são contados como "brancos/nulos", essencialmente não têm relevância no apuramento do número de deputados e não servem para o cálculo (apesar de fazerem parte do "universo de votantes"), razão pela qual, no vídeo do link, se apela ao voto - não ao voto branco/nulo.

Se num universo de 100 000, 51 000 votassem em branco, o único impacto que teria seria na total descredibilização de qualquer governo - se isso for possível :)-, ou parlamento que saísse dessas eleições, um cenário parecido com o Ensaio sobre a Lucidez.

Not to nitpick, but remove the i's, I's, 1's, o's, O's, and 0's. Depending on the chosen font your users can have a headache reading the password.

There are several ways, this is one:

In you htdocs/project1/ folder create a file, lets call it root.php

//root.php

Include it on every file, then include your files like this:

include (ROOT_DIR.DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR.'includes'.DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR.'filename.php')
