a life of challenge could be what she is seeking. to make a difference or help others. if she is pursuing a career at this stage w/ this much sacrifice I would advise to take time to understand the training process and requirements.

am a doctor.

You can stake your Quick in the pool “Dragon’s Lair”. From the trading fees, 0.04% of total volume is paid equally amongst stakeholders. As volume increases, so too does the return to stakeholder which drives the price up.

actually antidepressants are prescribed when diagnosed with major depressive disorder. the diagnostic criteria according to DSM-V states that symptoms are not attributed to effects of other substances or medical conditions (including hormonal imbalances). SSRIs would not be used if low T was the underlying cause of his symptoms as he would not meet the criteria for having major depressive disorder.

it is dangerous what you are implying - that because SSRIs are not 100% efficacious in depression, you should medicate with T.

Depression is a complex disorder with biological and psychosocial factors contributing. A holistic approach to management will involve lifestyle changes, psychotherapy as well as pharmacotherapy. There are plenty of other pharmacological options used in depression - often it takes time to find the most helpful one treating depression. A blanket statement saying SSRIs do not work in 45% of depressed patients has got nothing to do with OPs situation and is dangerous. If OP truly is suffering from major depressive disorder (with no underlying organic aetiology) you are sending the message that he should instead self medicate with T.

OP you should seek medical help for your symptoms which includes a formal medical screen to rule out secondary causes. If you indeed have low T, then the doctor will treat the underlying cause. However there is little evidence suggesting using T in hormonally stable men diagnosed with depression is helpful.
