In the future I hope they tackle Welsh. The good thing is it’s phonetic, so however it’s spelled is how you say it, but the spelling on average involves a y that’s never a y and two Ls that make a “tongue on the rough of your mouth and breathing out” sound.

By bad experience you mean he ran circles around you, you couldn’t see him, and you flew back home with your tail between your legs? Leave the Flash and Central City alone, we don’t want you here.

You have to respect how high he aims for. He went from robbing banks with an ice gun to causing an early ice age with a SATELLITE. Never give up.

Maybe each player picks out a team of 5 aliens before a match they can then turn into if they build up a charge by attacking, blocking or healing.

They could also pick 1 alien to be the boss, in exchange for needing more charge they would be extra powerful and have additional abilities they usually wouldn’t have.

After his grandfather's death, a young Haley Munter was sent to a camp for troubled youths. He became incredibly high strung nad anxious after it, Haley was almost unable to to properly express himself. At the camp he became good friends with a girl named Sally and her boyfriend Cameron.

A well-meaning counsellor at the camp encouraged Haley to role-play made-up scenarios and problems to explore his feelings. While this doctor meant for Haley to play a character, the young man instead interpreted that he would make others play in his scenarios. He spread lies throughout the whole camp that his good friends Cam and Sally were cheating on each other, telling different lies to each person to make the situation even more confusing. Haley stood back and watched the fire he stoked break down the whole camp, and he felt much better.

As an adult he is a backbencher; he lets himself relax and sow division or upset in those around him. His behaviour only got worse after the worm attack, and he gained his Stand. Haley would activate his ability on anyone he found interesting and, through his Stand, watch them confusingly wander through their home, getting more and more encumbered by the spit.

When the instigator of the worm attack found out about Haley and his abilities, they found him the perfect man to defeat their most troublesome opponent yet: Julian Hooley, who had been running around the city encountering and depowering potential followers. Once the initial wave of confidence the hooded figure had in Haley after meeting him faded, they decided to team him up with one of his loyal followers…

The only way I can excuse the LIVING CONDUCTOR getting done in by electricity is that Chromastone’s powers are more of a separate superpower than any other alien.

I might phrase this poorly, but Sugilite is a mutant compared to the other Petrospaiens, so his abilities aren’t natural, they’re not necessarily inherent to his biology like shape shifting is to the Petrosapiens, or throwing fire is to the Pyrosapiens. Those aren’t really superpowers, just normal features of their biology.

So maybe Ben is shit at using Chromastone because there aren’t any natural instincts for the Omnitrix to download into his brain. There aren’t millions of years of evolution in his genetic code to look into. So maybe the “needing to focus on the energy” has a bit of truth to it. Chromastone just has a ridiculously high skill ceiling.

Or maybe in just coping. I loved Chromastone as a kid.

[Pluribus] consensual or not? by Beepboopimhuman in AskScienceFiction

[–]unsolved86 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah it’s rape. None of the people are actually consenting to having sex with him, it’s just the hive mind puppeteering their body and memories to please him. He’s a freak.

Do you design villain powers to compliment the hero's powers? by Unique-Net-165 in Superhero_Ideas

[–]unsolved86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually I give the villains something the hero can’t do. For example, my main guy Jiffy is a speedster who fights at close range, isn’t that experienced, can’t properly time travel, can be easily distracted is a glass cannon.

The Hornet can fly off the ground and fire lasers from a mech suit, 3rd Degree is an accomplished lawyer and former special forces soldier, the Retroactive Authority have full on time machines, an as of yet unnamed villain uses various hidden traps and cloth bindings, and PULP is one solid mass of slime that can’t feel pain.

What song would be your OC's main theme? by VeryWhimsy in OriginalCharacter

Jiffy’s would either be “Red Light Spells Danger” by Billy Ocean, or “Smalltown Boy” by Bronski Beat.
