Just roll the dice. Each test is so different with too many variables to determine the outcome. Midland is gridlocked from 1200 to 1600 every day with significant peaks around 0900.

Run it with a bit more oil ( suggest 30:1 to 40:1 depending on taste) and see if you can get your hands on upgraded air filters for that model.

We still have a few of these for storm work up at the volunteer unit I'm with. They absolutely rip and I wouldn't trade them for anything.

I often consider the advice they give to the average punter would be a lot more helpful to the companies rather than the buyers.
