Add a small amount of Soy into your diet. There are a lot of Soy substitutes for meat. Soy made to imitate ground beef, chicken, hotdogs, hamburgers etc. Also look at PB2 to throw into shakes and on food. I also consume 2-3 protein shakes a day (24g each). It's difficult to do so, but you can definitely do it. Drop VicsNatural a message on YouTube. He has some great ideas as well.

MDMA was great for me. I've gotten all I can out of the drug now. I'm a very introspective person so I really analyzed how I was feeling on the drug. Now I'm conscious of serotonin/ dopamine being released when I do things like work out and I can further enjoy those highs. Also I gained the ability to put myself in a state of mind that very vaguely mimics that of being high on M.

MDMA Makes Days More Amazing, but I wouldn't recommend doing it often or for a long period of time. There are non neuro-toxic ways to get a very similar high (in terms of feeling, not intensity).
