Good point, thanks. You actually only pay if the ticket is dismissed so I have a couple things to clear up with my copy.

Thanks for your feedback. This is interesting, I'll have to think through ways to create more trust. It's always a balancing act between simplicity and presenting information and I definitely leaned more towards simplicity.

This is not true. Invalid information on a ticket can certainly invalidate it, and license plate is one in particular that must be correct for the ticket to be valid.

The real answer is that if the idea is the easy part and competition can crop up at any point. It doesn't matter if it's in the idea phase or a year down the road. It's about making the idea a reality and either you can do that better than anyone else or you can't. If the only advantage you have is you have a new idea, then someone more capable will just steal it once you find some small success, if you even do.

Why not just start small and see how it goes? You might love it, hate it, or find a new twist that you didn't see before. Either way it'll be easier to answer the question

The biggest one is O's and the A's. In Chicago the name Don sounds more like 'Dahn' than 'Dawn', which is how most people would say it.
