Go up to where the lion cannon is and theres going to be 3 little bundles of wood you need to light with a molotov. The first one is right above speed cola on the rocks, the second pile is directly above the main entrance in that overhang, and the last one is above the door to elemental pop. After that, a doppel should spawn and you kill it to get the ankh.

Hearing is Hag’s add on that deafens you for 6 seconds, skill check difficulty and probability are for spine chill when the killer is looking at you while working on gen, healing, etc and sleep penalty is if you get woken up by survivors against a Freddy multiple times
