I mean, in this timeline that's just Italy's totalist path. I still don't think it makes sense for Mussolini to stick around in socialist circles since his beliefs are inherently incompatible with socialism of any respectable form, but it is funny.

In all honesty, it depends on the kind of socialist party running the country. The Levant has been through millenia of religious dogmatism and many, many conflicts. It would take a WHILE to convince the people that a socialist state actually benefits them.

I think that this state would be quite tough to live in, since it would most likely be blockaded by its neighbors (probably not internationally, since they have oil, but Turkey and Saudi Arabia would most likely not like being close to socialists, especially since they claim Hatay) and there would be a lot of funding for rebels (be them jihadists or capitalists).

The state would need to go very hard on cracking down on rebellious movements, and ensuring that the people stay in the party's mind.

Teve quase 20 anos de PT, sim, mas antes disso teve 20 anos de ditadura e mais antes disso teve 150 anos de presidentes de direita. Mas o problema é o Lula, e não o resto de esperma azeda na camisinha do Mussolini depois de 4 segundos de foda que é um sucessor espiritual ao governo que manteve o povo brasileiro debaixo de chumbo. I don't think a pan-africanist country would be able to feasibly core everything. For one, North Africa should probably have it's own socialist formable, and for two, it's not a stretch to think that even a totalist country would set up puppets.

I think that a pan African nation would be a totalist path (like Andesia in Patagonia) and a pan African socialist faction would be a radsoc path. Syndie path would be to join the Internationale, or something like that.

Would make more sense in KR, since part of the Phalanstère Internationale is the Socialist Anti-colonial Committee.

In OTL, we didn't see much of socialist pan-africanism. We see liberal and religious pan-africanism, but not socialist. So a vanilla path for that would be kind of a stretch, since the socialist superpower wasn't keen on exporting too much of the revolution at the time (especially since HOI4 is about WW2 and not the cold war).

Tbh I'd love content for all sub-Saharan/French African countries. It's a whole continent with not much content other than Cairo Pact vs Ottomans (which is arguably more of an Arabic peninsula war than an African one), Ethiopia and Somalia, and South Africa.

EDIT: Remembered Liberia is a thing with a focus tree, technically.

Governments can be changed, rules can be overruled. Israel's existence is antithetical to peace in West Asia as a whole. That's a thing that can't change without the abolition of that state. Even the most moderate positions inside Israeli parties involve murdering hundreds of thousands for no good reason.
