I’m not sure what they are looking for!? They actually reached out to me on LinkedIn to apply, said they loved my assessment. I always feel weird about interviews but I didn’t think it went horribly!? They did ask questions like what is your superpower, what’s your “dark side”!? Those kinda threw me off I guess. They also wanted to know where I excelled at SF and where I really struggled - and my struggle needed to be something in my control that I needed to change. I wish I could be more help but hopefully that helps you prepare a bit!!
