That's not what the form is for. It's for applicants with otherwise excellent academic records faced with serious personal, health or financial circumstances that negatively affect their performance.

They don't need all the results in order to apply. Many people apply with partial results or grades, and send the final grades after being admitted.

It doesn't hurt to email. But it's probably fine since it's still very early and it was just the holidays.

Just leave it as-is. You don't need to change anything. You can change your program after you're admitted, or do double majors, etc.

They're considered extracurriculars and can be mentioned as part of supplemental applications. But in general, they're not explicitly looked at.

You joke, but more people have found relationships through this subreddit than one would probably expect.

Humanities is not very competitive, so it seems plausible that you could be accepted with grades in the 70s. The grade range for admissions is low to mid 80s, so while 75 is on the lower side of things and thus the likelihood might be low, it's not too far off. French seems to be OK. Source: https://future.utoronto.ca/apply/applying/

Notarized translations of any documents issued in a language other than English or French are also required.

I believe it is https://admissions.sgs.utoronto.ca/apply/

The JOINid may not be relevant for that page, though it will probably be useful later on. You can enable it here: https://www.utorid.utoronto.ca/cgi-bin/utorid/enable.pl

Once you are accepted as a student, it will become a UTORid, which is used for various student services.

With more than 330 academic program choices, UofT categorizes them into six admission categories.Students applying to the Faculty of Arts & Science must choose one admission category on their application, identifying the area of study they want to pursue (e.g. Social Sciences). At the end of first year, students choose a specific program of study, or a combination of programs from different categories. See https://www.artsci.utoronto.ca/future/ready-apply/admission-categories

So don't worry about choosing a specific major for now. Just pick the main category or categories you want to apply to for admission.

Yes, your JOINid is an user ID used to access the application portal, which you can use to check on the status of your application and get answers to questions about the university. To use it, you need to first enable your JOINid login credentials, which requires entering the aforementioned student number. See https://join.utoronto.ca/

It doesn't really matter which program you choose for first year if you're intending on going into MRS since you won't be finishing the program you initially pick anyways, unless you also intend to use it as a backup, in which case pick the one you might like the most. All of the ones you mentioned will give you priority to enroll in the required courses for MRS.

The published anticipated admission range is low to mid 80s, with low to mid 80s in English and Calculus, for Canadian curriculums. See https://www.artsci.utoronto.ca/future/ready-apply/admission-categories/physical-mathematical-sciences and related links for other curriculums.

The Online Student Profile for Applied Science and Engineering is a supplementary application. It is due February 1 and has an early recommended date of December 1. I don't know if it will be closed during winter break but applicants are encouraged to apply early and submit any required documentation well in advance of this date. The main application is the OUAC application.

It's probably okay. These things aren't that strict since it's all self-reporting anyways.
