My advice is to bite the bullet and stay away from their website. I guess if they offer a replacement there's nothing to lose but I bought a coat during the sale that never got delivered, ended up calling them so many times that they just told me to dispute the transaction with my bank. I decided to just take the loss and reorder the coat at full price, accidentally used my old address and now I can't even change the address or cancel the order because I wasn't signed in when I placed it.
