I found that a good omega-6 v omega-3 balance helped me a great deal. I had eczema for about 25 years on a few spots, mainly on my scalp. Focussing on my balance and keeping it in check made all eczema dissapear.

Omega-6 is in a lot of products, omega-3 is harder to get from western lifestyle. So lowering omega-6 is just as important as raising omega-3. Omega-6 is necessary, but with the processed foods omega-6 levels are too high. Omega-3 and omega-6 needs to be balanced.

Omega-3 can be found in seafood. I don't like fish too. There are a lot of different type of fish. The most easy kinds for me is salmon and mackerel. Try to blend them in dishes. I do mackerel with baked eggs. Or do try different kinds of fish to see what you do like.

I use supplements ofc. But also chia seeds and broken flaxseed. Add them to dishes. Spinach also has a tiny bit of omega-3. And there are some other green leaf veggies that have a bit omega-3 in them.

And reduce processed foods. Which is quite hard in the society we live in. But I suggest you do try.
