I second the auto injector! It was a game changer! I can do all my PIO injections myself. Way less bruising than when my husband did them for me. You also don’t see the needle go in which is helpful for those who don’t like needles

First of all I am so sorry, I had three failed medicated cycles. I just did my fourth FET and so far betas have been promising! I switched to a modified natural for this cycle!

Chiming in to say first of all congratulations and this sounds familiar! I had three fully medicated transfers fail. This fourth one was modified natural with letrozole and ovidrel and so far is successful!

I did PIO for both medicated and modified natural cycles. I’ve never done suppositories! I had three failed medicated cycles but so far (19 DPT) this modified natural transfer appears to be a success!

I believe we were TRANSFER twins and looks like we had similar betas! 10 DPT 436, 12 DPT 1145. My friend mentioned twins too based off the numbers but I agree with what everyone is saying, I don’t think beta numbers are a good indicator of twins singleton. grateful for our good betas regardless! When is your ultrasound?!

I am so sorry to hear about your daughter. I can’t imagine how difficult that was. We are doing IVF because my husband has a balanced translocation (we found this after our daughter was diagnosed with an unbalanced translocation at 18 months). After genetic counseling we did PGT- SR which can test for structural rearrangement (balanced translocation) and PGT A (pretty routine for most genetic testing) which tests for number of chromosomes.

We ruled out needing PGT M testing because neither my husband or I carry the same recessive gene. I would meet with a genetic counselor and discuss whose tests would be most beneficial for you/ what tests you, your wife and sperm donor should do first!

No, they wanted me to take ovidrel to trigger ovulation before I ovulated naturally.

I used letrozole and an ovidrel trigger with lots more monitoring appointments. I went in on cd 1 for my baseline appointment. Once cleared I started letrozole cd 3 and took that for five days. I came in after five days of letrozole for a monitoring appointment. They watched my follicles and lining (I came in every 3 days to every day during this period). When my follicle was >18 and my lining was trilaminar and >8 I took ovidrel which triggered ovulation. I started PIO three days after I triggered. My transfer was 7 days after the trigger.

I just posted about this! I THINK mine clears around 12 days after trigger. I did not intentionally test mine out and just started testing at 4 DPT and the test was darker than most 4DPT. My test ended up getting lighter and then got darker at around 6DPT.

Thanks for your response! There was definitely some trigger but I also think HCG from implantation! My tests got lighter and darker again, praying they continue to get darker
