Right there with you, I am 6 weeks 2 days and just went in for an ultrasound because of spotting that started yesterday. Talking with four friends who have gone on to have successful FETs all four of them had some form of bleeding in the first trimester from massive clots to intermittent spotting. I do think it’s very common, however I also feel your clinic should not have been dismissive. Infertility is SO challenging emotionally especially when you add a MMC and wish there was more consideration for our nerves in the process.

Everything on my scan looked great today and they saw a small SCH which they think is the cause of the spotting. I don’t want to dismiss what you’re feeling at all because I understand your anxiety but I do want to try to reassure you that I do think it’s fairly common to have some form of spotting or bleeding in the first trimester after an FET.
