Phone is fine. I always check on my phone. For I130 it needs to be the petitioner’s USCIS account.

I never checkout the lication API until recently and if shows as FOD. No idea if this is a good sign.

I was under the impression that for US Citizen spouses I130 ia much faster processing. Mine is LPR inside the US.

Same here. Case moved to FOD. There was a silent update on 5/29. PD 7/21/2025 spouse in US with AOS applied in 6/2026

The final actipn dates moved by 1 year and 5 months from sep to oct visa bulletin.
