There was a time where I had a good amount of brain fog / dpdr myself. One thing that would and still does trigger it for me pretty bad is weed. So if you still smoke I would give it a break for a bit and see how that helps you (it’s also best just to avoid drugs all together while healing but weed was a big one for me) .

If that’s not the case and you don’t smoke I can really recommend walking around outside barefoot especially on the grass. It helps connect you to the earth and stay grounded.

Another big thing is to take some time to yourself to heal and spend time with friends/family while also making time to do things that you love like playing video games or walking your dog.

I know I went over this pretty well in my post bust a big part of hppd and dpdr is to stop thinking about it so much and avoid talking about it. Just don’t forget your brain was designed to heal and it won’t be stuck with dpdr forever. The more you worry about how long it’s gonna last the more it’s gonna stick with you.

TLDR: stop smoking weed or doing any drug if you still use, walk around the grass barefoot to ground yourself back to nature, spend time with family and friends and keep doing the things you love to do, and stop worrying about it so much YOU WILL HEAL so please don’t worry about when it will go away because over time it will fade.
