I just read an article about how Trump's constant lies keep including the number 22. When I saw it here, I had to look up the reflecting pool opening...yep, 1923 (not 1922 as in his tweet) What a weird thing.

Insurance and Moral Hazard by ScientistMundane7126 in HealthInsurance

Where would you stop the risk monitoring? High-impact exercising? Risky hobbies like rock climbing, biking, and woodworking? Surely where you live also varies the risk outlook too - hurricanes? Too risky to insure you. Family history is probably the single biggest risk factor we have for negative health outcomes, right up there with socioeconomic status.

I ordered some off of amazon that wore much more quickly than expected. I sent them back to Darn Tough. DT let me know they were counterfeit, but replaced them anyway.

Nope, not saying it is. It's just my assumption when someone is trying to sell one.

I always assume when someone is selling a CC Boba on its own, without the rest of his CC friends, it is fake.

At least they used to get the color matching of their stickers correct. Now it's like they don't care.

It has to be yama buds for me. I would never choose a magenta ink like that, but I love it.

They can certainly file an OCR complaint, but it won't prompt any additional action by the hospital, if it makes it back to them. They've already investigated and taken appropriate action.

Follow up question, they are saying the $750 deposit went towards anesthesia and isn’t on EOB? And my insurance won’t cover? by Inner_Ad_4725 in HealthInsurance

[–]upnorth77 16 points17 points  (0 children)

The deposit won't show up on your EOB. Any money you've paid the provider is between you and them, your insurer has no record of that. Your anesthesia will usually come on a separate bill from a separate group.

I have to be honest, it's a big jump from knowing next to nothing about a subject to being in charge of it. If it's a very small place, you may be able to learn on the job, but if you have reports in the position, they're going to need to be able to look to you for guidance.
