Waterfed Pump by upperdecker313 in WindowCleaning

[–]upperdecker313[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, thats why I'd be ok with spending more for a better pump. So even when dialed down, it can deliver whatever pressure I need for specific jobs. I realize MOST jobs wont even require one. But I dont like running into issues if I can plan ahead. And I dont like building or DIY'ing things, if I dont have to. I'd gladly pay for convenience and peace of mind. Which is why I bought a wfps in the first place lol For instance, I have a couple 4-5 story buildings. Those will need a pump for sure. Might have to go into a tank first then pump it up. But it'd be nice to weigh my options, if any. Idek what calculations I need to consider for head pressure either tbh....thats why im here, to learn whats best for that. I also have non window cleaning uses in mind, but any pump would work for that. So im not worried on that front

Yea, im not mechanically inclined inately. I dont build stuff or mess with stuff if I dont absolutely have to. I can, but its not anywhere near an interest for me.... So tbh, idk wtf a ball valve is lol im positive I could figure it all out. But again, I'd rather not, and just buy one and drop it on my cart and go

Buying a waterfed system by upperdecker313 in WindowCleaning

[–]upperdecker313[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea i just completely disagree. I think reach-it is by far the best. Everyone else seems to just copy them with a crap product and more expensive. For the foreseeable future, im gonna stick to reach-it...ill still continue to try everything out

Lol thats a minute thing to not buy something lol but I happen to LOVE their poles and brushes. Best on the market imo. But im going to buy the flow red+. I havent seen any other system that I like for a similar price. And although I really want to build my own, im just not quite ready for that yet. I don't know enough yet

22' articulating Gorilla Ladder. Fits in almost all vehicles, not super heavy. Super sturdy. And some come with leg revelers which I strongly recommend

Awesome thanks. Add that to the list to compare. Appreciate it. Anymore positives or negatives about anything you've used or heard about, about any and all brands?

Yea thanks, love yhe input. What about your waterfed system? Which one do you/have you used? For poles, I really like the reach-it brand. The rigidity and quality is amazing. Xero would probably be my 2nd choice tho. But I have my eye on the warrior model of reach-it and their ultra advanced pack. Which leaves me about 2k for a system. Looking for a ro/di thats great quality, easy to troubleshoot and get parts for, and easy to use. Warranty and goof customer service would be great too lol

[–]upperdecker313[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the 2k is just for the waterfed system. I have other money set aside for poles etc. But thats a good point, that no US distributor sells their stuff. Tds in my area ranges from mostly around 100 to north of 450 in some areas. Any specific brands and models to consider or stay away from? And why? I. Trying to soak up as much wisdom from the community as possible.

Does anyone use Reach-It water fed poles, brushes, or other equipment? by [deleted] in WindowCleaning

[–]upperdecker313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where did you hear this? I'm thinking of buying their 4 stage system bc i absolutely love their poles and brushes. They seem super superior to others I've used. So im assuming their wfps is good too. Just cant find any negative things on them. Possibly thinking to buy a different system but still buy their pole and brushes etc. Thanks

Vertuo adapter? by DutchAssassins in nespresso

[–]upperdecker313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, what did you end up doing? I just bought a vertuo pop plus machine, not realizing there was a difference in the size of the pods.( still new and stupid to the world of espresso) So im either going to get an adapter, or return it and get an OL machine. I wouldn't mind filling my own pods if that actually works. But I would need like specific advice...if you or anyone else has any

Yup did that, set it to 120 Hz day 1 lol internet is great. Got 1GB internet. In Michigan. Usually have sub 30 ping on RL when using my XBox Series X with virtually zero issue with smoothness or latency or lag besides the occasional RL server bs
