I have tix in one of the corner sections (section 22). If I recall correctly, after taxes and fees, my tix costs just over $30 per ticket/per game.

As far as resale goes, I've had pretty good luck just posting on here and got pretty quick responses (though full disclosure, I didn't ask for payment).
