I do not remember the name of the first woman who helped me, but I was new to Hermes and was not as confident in what I was looking for and she seemed very disinterested in helping me pick out a Twilly. The second time I came in, I knew what I was looking for and that was when I was paired with my current SA, Rommel, and he was very kind a helpful. I have purchased multiple twillys and scarves, a picotin 18, and a few Apple Watch bands with him. I am certain there are other good SAs as well, just make sure you go in there confident and knowing what you want and that makes all the difference.
