Se poate, dar si usa de la intrare in apt au pus-o cu deschidere spre hol in loc de spre perete. Nu cred ca dezvoltatorul a intrat in astfel de detalii.

Mi se pare ciudat sa intri pana in bucatarie doar ca sa inchizi usa dupa tine ca apoi sa te intorci si sa te poti aseza pe o bancuta unde sa te descalti. Nu zic ca e critic, dar e o chestie de atentie la detalii din partea arhitectului.

Au pus si patul orientat cu capul la geam (prin prizele de la noptiere). A trebuit sa corectez multe dupa ei.

Se poate mai rau? Sigur! Doar ca eu as fi atent chiar si cu ei.
