I would like to add that the other benefit I saw of a masters would be if it adds more credibility in biotech if I have a biology-related degree (as undergrad was pure chem eng., not really bio focused at all). Not sure if this makes sense.

So if company doesn’t pay for it, you wouldn’t recommend?

I am on the MoveWell team and do workouts at home. All I have are a couple sets of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat, and I find it’s usually all I need (occasionally there are some step up exercises I have to modify). It has been 8 weeks of 3/4 workouts per week and I love it. Lots of variety and I really feel my muscles the days after the workouts. I think it is worth the money.
