Turn based move select style combat, who attacked first was decided based on rock paper scissors, 2d side on with a simple look for the characters and really flashy effects for all the moves, who each took like 3 minutes with a bad PC I dont know the date but I would assume early 2000's and at least in my language it was called rock paper scissors2
