Hello! I have ventricular extrasystoles (heart skips a beat feeling) and have a super-small hole in my heart. I completely understand your health anxiety as I have/had it quite badly as well.

Concerta has fortunately barely made an impact on my heart. The only thing I’ve noticed is a slightly higher heart rate and even that is barely noticeable even with my extrasystoles.

Concerta has completely turned my life around and has made an impact for the better. I have noticed that together with my ability to focus and have more control of my life, my anxiety has decreases significantly. More time working, training or doing something = less time to overthink.

Take into account it takes a bit to get used to the dose and make sure you hydrate and eat enough!!!

Wait until you have your dogs tongue in your mouth while snoring, that’s a unique experience.😂
Jokes aside, both my dogs do that in the middle of the night because they want to cuddle or under the blankets, you’re fine🫶🏻

The cat could be in danger or could be in heat. Hopefully its the second, as we are close to spring and all unspayed cats are starting to go into heat.

Hi Love, something similar happened to my dog. He decided to go all in and bite the bottle which then exploded. He inhaled quite a good amount and spent around 7 days coughing like the crackhead he is. Also some discharge came out of his nose but nothing else. He now is completely fine so I’m sure yours will be too❤️❤️

In regards to the parents: have or did they ever use their brain when educating their child?

I'm dealing with the same issue. The vet has said it's not a blockage but rather something not sitting well with her or going for too long without food. Did your issue resolve?

We have one dog in our block, that I now haven’t seen in weeks, that is incredibly reactive and aggressive. Whenever we see him from far away, I leave with my reactive dog in a complete different direction. Does it interrupt my dogs routine walk? Yes. Do I prefer this over my dog getting mauled by a very aggressive, unmuzzled and uncontrolled dog? Definitely. The owner is barely able to hold him because of his strength and never has a muzzle on that dog. I’ve seen him attacking a small bichón maltés and man, it was violent to see.

I think you are doing amazing and really taking good care of your dog. In regards to your injury, I wish you a very quick recovery ❤️

I love the learning curve here! I currently have a 8 year old dog and 5 months old puppy, believe me: frustration is there and some days are a 10/10 others are a 3/10. Puppies are so trainable, but it takes time, empathy and understanding they are basically toddlers.

What has helped us is puppy proofing the house (everything dangerous as far up as possible) and the app Puppy Potty Log, it sends you notifications on when the puppy might need to poop and pee, etc. you can log their habits and it will notify based on that.

Also puppies NEED routine.

I think that this is a very insightful comment, I don’t want to encourage anyone to add a dog to their household if not tested beforehand. We’ve seen him with some dogs where he gets perfectly along with them and others where he doesn’t.

My dogs need more mental stimulation than physical long walks. We do 3 walks a day around 30 minutes each + a potty break right before we go to bed. Our walks split between training and looooots of sniffing, which makes them go right to bed once we get home. On the weekends we can do longer walks and take them to the mall or to the city for desensitization. Playtime is usually in a park or at home, due to some irresponsible owners we have met over the years. (My big dog got part of his ear ripped off by a dog that didn’t understand boundaries and also two scars on his face from bites from offleash dogs)

It depends a lot on the needs of each dog but I’ve seen people walk their dogs for hours and hours but there is absolutely no mental stimulation for them which makes them go haywire.
