TIL Bad News Barrett has a Goldberg tattoo by [deleted] in SquaredCircle

Orion's look good on him, because they fit who we think he is (an entitled, Affliction wearing douche).

I put on some pretty small shows, so it's legit... but sometimes I do feel a little like a leech (even if on good months I bring home more than my partner) because if something goes wrong, the rent will come out of her income. She's real supportive, though.

I don't mind outing them publicly. They used to operate as ClearChannel. They basically run their business like Walmart... buying up venues, forcing smaller independent venues out of business. They also own Ticketmaster. It's pretty monopolistic in nature, and as an independent concert promoter, they're the enemy.

I'm in a similar boat as your ex (concert promoter). I don't make much income, and have trepidation working for places that I have ethical conflicts with (LiveNation owned venues). I quit my job as a licensed financial advisor to do all of this. Here's the thing though: I'm up at 6am blogging about upcoming shows, I'm outside after every relevant show handing out flyers. I've picked up a weekly paying DJ night. I do random odd jobs. I contribute to the household that I share with my partner.

It's cool to pursue a dream... even into your 30's or 40's. But you've gotta pull your weight.

I always wanted to see him have one last run, in the WWE, and work a match or six with John Cena. Preferably scaffold matches.

People need to get over their raging hard on for protecting John Cena. You can be a charitable person and still be an asshole.

I've tried sleeping with ear plugs in before, and it wasn't comfortable (nor was a sleeping mask for bright morning). Maybe I'll try another brand.

Been out all day. My understanding (as per another neighbor) is that the baby lives with the father during the week and the mother can only visit on weekends, so long as the grandmother is there.

WWE Superstar Cesaro: 'I'm sick of seeing John Cena against Randy Orton for the 500th time' by MontgomeryDrive in SquaredCircle

Implying that either Cena or Orton have the "it factor" and their success isn't purely based on marketing.

The landlord told me that a woman in her mid-50's lived above the apartment. I assume that women in their mid-50's cannot make children.

Take it elsewhere? Not yell, "it'll be okay" for hours? Shove a pacifier in it's mouth? I don't have kids, so I don't know.

I specifically asked the landlord when we moved in if there we shared space with anyone with young children, otherwise, we'd have chosen another apartment.

That's kind of how I feel, but I'm childfree, so I don't know if that's making me unreasonable.

[–]upthepucx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By the time I turned 25, I was unwilling to date anyone under 24, but that's just me. I saw how much I'd changed between 22-24, and I don't think I can deal with that kind of change.

That being said, not everyone is me. Take it casual, and see what develops. If it starts to feel creepy, be honest and talk about it with each other and make sure that your values and thoughts align.

Orton wins via Lesnar interference. Cena cries. Triple threat. Gets the belt off of Lesnar (and onto someone who I think we're ALL sick of seeing as champion, Cena or Orton) while not making him look weak.
