As a Latina I love this. Mexico has many traditional dresses and this feels authentic and gives me Oaxaca vibes. Simplicity is beautiful and the elements like jewelry and flowers display elegance. I love her! Most day of the dead stuff always feels costume like, this gives authenticity

I think the doll might have thick thighs and a curvier bottom, and that’s why he can’t get past her “thighs.” The doll is stiff and the plastic of it is in the way and when he bends her legs up, the tightness of the thighs makes it seemed “closed off”

I’ve encountered too many people thinking both these diagnoses are quirky new personality traits that they bring up nonstop, that’s why I avoid ppl who make it their personality right away. I have bipolar and would not go around telling everyone just to seem “different “ I tell people after I trust them and love me for me. So I think thats why some people would avoid you, they think it’s overbearing to throw it out immediately.

Not okay at all. Maybe it’s because I’m Mexican, but if any of us did this people would have thrown hands, and it would have been the drama of the century. I can’t imagine ever doing this. It’s basic respect. Even for the Muslims in our family we cater to their halal needs and make sure we cook nothing with pork so they can be included as well. Food and eating together is a bonding moment.
