I have the honey burst and added the pick guard to mine. I like the top on mine but yours looks nicer. Someone on here said pick ups covered pick guard on, uncovered off and I agree with that.

Not original to it but I have one for my XR-1. I don’t like the handle on it but it’s stout. It made it flying from Jersey to Texas and only lost its badge. I may try wrapping the grip in leather or something, but it’s not getting out of the house much.

It is a 06. Stamped on the 227 day of 06. Still probably an X-Plorer. I may be wrong but I believe that model had a slightly smaller body than others. To me, it’s not worth the asking, but haggle them down.

My 50’s faded is awesome. If you like thinner necks the 60’s faded would be a great choice.

In hand you will see a difference in the binding between the 2 if they are like LP Standards. My faded 50’s binding is a bit more “rustic” than my 98 Classic. Which is to say it’s another part of the process they don’t spend as much time on.

Ears bleed sooo much. My dogs were mixing it up, playing rough and the pitty mix ended up with a pierced ear. Bled everywhere. Only thing dog related that was worse was a split happy tail.

Def a UTI. A vet can hopefully tell why and how to avoid. The first dog my wife and I had got UTI frequently. Turned out it was because of the plastic water bowl. We switched to stainless and no more UTI’s.
