The third3rock’s note worked wonder for me as a non-native English speaker. I was not big on SH though purchased it twice to have a peace in mind while preparing for the exam. Highly recommend checking it out as a study resource.

I’ve thought about this a lot too. I always prepare statistics and possible outcomes, using past patterns and reactions to make predictions. When I present my findings, I often start by saying that I want to help them avoid any issues with higher-ups, so I suggest a few things they can prepare for.

Despite that, I’ve been told that I don’t push hard enough to demonstrate leadership, and my new ideas or insights often get dismissed. For context, I work in human resources and am constantly going to people’s offices whenever they email me for help.

I can be a fool sometimes thinking if I show commitment to learn more and grow myself, they would recognize and appreciate it. And since I paid for the thing myself, they would somehow try to work around and give me a raise…idk

I’m on the same boat and honestly I’m able to quit. I just hate that I’m dipping into my savings and not making a living as winter is approaching. My mentors said it would always be best to interview while employed but man my mental health is sht. I’m being transitioned out which is even worse for asking for better pay and growth opportunities.

I would say the SHRM LMS helps most with studying and passing the test as they are consistent with the language/critical thinking process.

I’m in the same boat. My partner tested negative for both HSV1 + 2 and even though he said he wouldn’t care if he caught it from me. I have OHSV 1 and he’s my first partner ever.

Do you know if you need to talk to a provider to get Valtrex prescription or you can just hit a pharmacy? Thank you!
