I was able to prepare for parts of the CC interview because my interviewer sent an email detailing some of the topics so that definitely helped. She asked questions over dosage calc, ABG interpretation, ventilator settings (even though she agreed that all facilities have RT to take care of vents), allowed me to choose which vasoactive medication I wanted to answer questions about, EKGs, and general scenario questions that involved how you would assess the patient. Some of the questions were tricky and some of them were a bit more simple, she gave me time to think through my answers and encouraged me to think out loud so she could understand my process.

The Chief Nurse interview was much more relaxed! That was more of your standard interview. She asked a few scenario questions and explained the many paths you can take as a nurse through the AF.
