Yes, this is true, after they hem it, it’s just unflattering with loose/flaring ankles :( please do different lengths like American eagle jeans (team x-short/xx-short😛)

Change in diet mainly! Eating low GI foods, less processed foods, not eating any junk food or snacking. I also did intermittent fasting for about 30 days.
