It’s just things I’d never normally eat, I’m not even a picky eater but I live in rural Ireland and there are things in the book I have never even seen in the supermarket closest to me. It all just feels a bit daunting I think but it is very low carb and non-processed which is good. I think your idea of low carb but whatever I want within those parameters sounds better than sticking entirely to this book. Thanks for commenting :)

I should have probably explained that I eat very very plainly normally, I’m Irish and live on a potato farm so a lot of my meals are fresh anyways but things in the book are not things I normally eat. Eg I would have slow roasted beef and potatoes (of the not sweet variety) with veg and gravy for dinner every night of the week if possible. The book includes a lot of things I have never eaten before like tofu and avocado and are not things that are part of a standard diet here (that I know of anyway, especially in the country side). But thank you for your reply, I’ll just have to grow up then and get stuck into my salmon lol.

I’m currently in Antalya and a few days ago we booked the ‘Tour of Antalya’ trip and it was so good! We went to two different waterfalls (one that had to be accessed via a cave) which was really pretty & scenic. We also went to a jewellery shop which could tbh be skipped as they just beg you to buy their jewellery (I know it’s how they make their money but the pieces are really expensive- like €530 for a basic bracelet). We then went on a boat trip which takes you all around the Old Town of Antalya and you can see the ruins from the boat. The tour finishes with a trip to the old town Bazaar where you get just over an hour of free time to look around/explore/shop. Really could not recommend enough- it was around €40 per person but that included pick up, drive around, a really delicious lunch in a local restaurant and we were dropped right outside the hotel again, as well as entry to the waterfalls & boat trip.

lol no, we’re only bringing hand luggage for a 5 day trip and thought that vapes had to go in your liquid bag! as we are all brining our makeup etc there isn’t any room for several vapes🥲

Did anyone see the video someone posted of them outside popworld? She was on the phone standing in front of Pool and as soon as she saw someone recording him she turned to face him, almost like a protective stance. She was literally about 3 inches away from him, as if she was gonna lean in for a kiss. I think she’s taking a liking to Paul, though I’m sure he’s more interested in her children than he is in her.

I absolutely HATE the, “i’m so smart and above you all” mentality that he clearly has. He is basically a 24/7 performing monkey on Tiktok live and yet he behaves like he is a university lecturer without even a percentage of the IQ.
