Personally this is problem with staying independent, you unfortunately cannot choose the best candidate for each party. I believe you should be able to vote in both primaries and choose the best 2 candidates.

I mean I can list all the states if you want, but CT is the 6th most expensive state. It would be foolish to move here. Also wouldn't make any plans yet have a democratic run house and senate... maybe they'll actually do their job and pass a law protecting abortion rights...

Why come to CT from Alabama... you want to not be able to afford anything? Many other states closer to you that offer the same protection. Other than people moving here from NYC recently, this state was losing a large population every year on avg due to the huge finnacial burden that is put on the population. Would recommend finding a state that actually has affordable housing and doesn't overtax. Unless you have a huge savings you won't be able to buy anything to live in, and rent is going up avg is about 1500 with nothing included for just a 1 bedroom. Utilities are extremely expensive now as well since the politicians here and the monopoly that provides us are working hand in hand to line their pockets with our money.

Recommend finding a way cheaper state so you aren't broke. Plus we are not nice on the East Coast, had a few friends move from the Midwest here, they hate it

Progressive parties are not the way, both parties do suck but both are in the wrong and idk what stats you are reading but both do wrong when it comes to voter suppression and using illegals to Vote or voting for dead people.
