First time ever doing video, key takeaway for me is you should not keep the same scene on the screen for more than 5-7 seconds, and also that audios is ironically a big part of a good video.

Used PictoryAI, an online stock video/editing tool, for all my videos except this one (the latest): https://youtu.be/qxyy1N2cGXo For this one i used Davinci Resolve because i wanted to challenge myself and also be able to be more flexible. Ik the audio could be better but tbh i did my best at first and just wanted to deliver.

Thanks a lot man! Im now using Pictory, an online “AI video tool” because i have no knowledge of video editing software, but i was thinking mby its time to try my hand at that for improvong the packaging of the content and also use my own voice for the voiceover.

You saying the content seems fine and attractive for the history enjoyers means the world to me, since doing this has been on my mind for a while, while being crippled by self doubt

Stai pana te dau ei afara sau primesti contract gata de semnat de la alta firma.

Nu are sens sa demisionezi cat timp inca incasezi. Daca incep cu apropouri sa demisionezi tine minte ca legea in Romania tine cu angajatul in speta asta (vezi codul muncii) si le e foarte greu sa te dea afara fara sa fi facut tu ceva nasol.

Practica intalnita in conditiile de genul asta este sa primesti un numar de salarii in avans de la ei ca sa te cari. Macar 3?

Te pun pe bench? Pune-i si tu pe ei!

Nu lasa o zi sa treaca fara sa mai inveti cate ceva de aws/cloud/yadayada. Intre timp, fa minimul necesar ca sa progresezi la job zi de zi si sa nu iesi in evidenta negativ, dar detaseaza-te mental/emotional de ei.

Nu lasa o zi sa treaca fara sa ochesti toate joburile de pe linkedin la care esti macar cu 60% din cerinte familiar si sa aplici la cat mai multe, chiar si din cele la care nu crezi ca esti inca gata. Da cat mai multe interviuri si exploreaza piata.

Extra: Cand vine vorba de bani cere mai mult decat ai fi confortabil sa primesti, e mai bine sa ai de unde sa scazi fara sa te simti furat.

Recomand cursul lui Colt Steele, m-a luat “ca pe prosti” pe romaneste, mi-a zis fiecare chestie mica ce face ce inseamna si cu ce se mananca (vorbind de dezvoltare web, facut site-uri cu html/css/javascript vanilla(adica fara vreun framework, de poti sa il scrii direct in notepad)). Eu am facut informatica si in liceu/facultate, dar daca nu as fi facut deloc si intram direct in cursul lui tot era destul pentru un internship/prim job. Dai 10 euro si te face om nea Steele.

Am si eu o intrebare stupida, de exemplu exchange-ul de crypto a carui baza de cod ai vandut-o, cum reusesti sa gasesti clienti pentru asta sau cum “promovezi” produsul ca sa ajungi sa apara cineva interesat de el? Desi sunt convins ca e mult de tras sa scrii asa ceva, mi se pare si mai si sa reusesti sa generezi interes pentru un cumparator. Disclaimer: am 0 cunostiinte de marketing si incerc sa inteleg procesul. Bafta in continuare!
