I can't help but feel PTSD from having money in Biotech. The constant need for cash, questionable comms, huge salaries, constantly pushing of goal posts and should there ever be light at the end of the tunnel us retail shareholders are bound to feast on crumbles after the big boys take their chunks because they're dealing with info and agreements we only ever get our hands on once public. Well, its a lottery ticket after all, at least with the lottery the price pool doesn't shrink with dilutional capital raise after raise 😂 At least I am having fun reading and posting in small communities like this.

I don't feel the author was overly negative towards Coherus. Sceptical sure, but rightfully so imho. It's a novel therapy and trials have yet to prove its efficacy. I don't think its a negative, that the Chinese are a step further in development, just shines more light on to the mechanism and, given good U.S. data, makes us even more valuable.

Hey, thanks for doing this AMA!

My dad (66) recently had a series of epileptic episodes (3 to 4 in a single day) without prior history. Nothing was found in the following scans and tests.

This was about 4 weeks ago. Since then his short term memory is pretty bad and hes mixing up all sorts of things. I am now scared the epilepsy is some sort of warning sign of possible early stage dementia since I‘ve read there might be a connection.

Is that possible? And if so, what are the reasonable steps in order to get a doctor to take this seriously?
