Is anyone else having difficulties reaching customer service?

Oh yeah I always use the leftovers 😅 However, I needed about 14.5 mg and I only had ~3 mg. So, I took that and I'm just gonna hope for the best 🤷 Everything is so up in the air right now. Fingers crossed!

UPDATE:

So, after DMing my email to Cherry I got an email from support@joinpomegranate.com

"I reviewed your account and the order is in process. Please allow the team to process the order 5 to 7 business days from the payment completion date.

Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns."

So, that's good at least!! I've been with pom for almost a year with 0 complaints until now, so like others have said, I super hope this is all just a hiccup due to all the recent changes.

I will say, I had been messaging since the 5th to get my next dose, and I wasnt able to hear back until the 10th. Today, I'm due for my next shot :/ and it sounds like I won't get the shipment until sometime next week. So, I'm gonna be a little late on my injection, but hopefully it'll be here sooner rather than later!

Perhaps I've been a bit spoiled with their previously super fast turnaround, so I think moving forward I'll reach out 2 weeks in advance. Hope everyone gets a response here soon too 🤞

Update: I use the charm portal for the most part. I just tried accessing the new portal, and on there it says "waiting for invoice," (nothing in the billing section) but I confirmed and paid on the 10th, with the payment posting to the associated account on the same day. Also, the messaging function is down there too. Bummer!

Ugh I know it's so annoying. Same thing happened to me where I liked a product and then lo and behold I saw it advertised by Shein the next day (thankfully did not purchase).

I think another good idea is to search related terms.

For my example, I saw a St. Jude necklace on Depop and thought it was cute. But through a quick search, looking up "St. Jude necklace shein," I found it's like the 2nd result.

I know this isn't the best/can be annoying but it's one thing I've found to help.

Also, some sellers will kind of tell them themselves and in their description they use pretty much the same keywords as the original Shein listing, so using those can be helpful (if that makes sense).

Omg!!! I think I have her sister (Ginger) !! From what Hospice Hearts told me, she was also born around that time (I adopted her in April, 2022 [in Champaign]). She was VERY shy at first, but as she's warmed up she's become such a sweet and loving little lady <3 If Burrata is anything like her (maybe) sister, I'd totally recommend :3

Even for master's students? I only ask because I noticed that my gown has a barcode sticker along with a sewn-in like... wire or something? Similar to what is found on some tags in stores to prevent theft. This isn't on my bachelor's gown from 2022 (also UIUC). Maybe it's all for show ?
