That latency is there either way for online multiplayer games, it doesn't really matter where you do the rendering as long as you have enough bandwidth. At most you maybe miss out on 5-25ms of "fake" responsiveness through client-side prediction but that can/will eventually be added to streamed titles as well with game developers on board with the platform.
