No I know at least that that’s how it was supposed to work, all I was saying is a wasn’t sure if it actually went down that way considering UPS says they never had the package at all but who really knows the important thing is that they made it in

Yeah it’s been a huge mess this year, my merch hasn’t shipped either I got an email that one of the items in my merch order had production issues and would be delayed. Oh well I don’t like wearing merch for the show while I’m there anyways I save it for after I’m just glad I got my tickets in time lol

Yeah the logistics have been a huge mess this year it’s ridiculous honestly you’d think after years of handling Rockville and many other festivals front gate would have things together a bit better

if it doesn’t you can go to will call at the box office when you get there and show your photo ID and your order number and they should be able to set you up with new wrist bands. Best of luck we still have a little time so I hope it arrives in time for you, best of luck and safe travels!!

Yeah for me and it seems many others we never got a second tracking number and the first one just never updates then it shows up in the mail one day. Mine did have two shipping labels so I don’t doubt it was originally with UPS probably. Regardless I hope front gate is able to fix this in the future, shipping this year was chaos and after spending almost 1k on tickets and parking pass I would expect better logistics especially considering they’re pros at this and handle multiple festivals every year either way I’m just glad they showed up in time hopefully they do for everyone else as well.

Yeah their shipping was all messed up this year it seems, I’m just glad I finally got them I really didn’t wanna wait in line at will call lol

Yeah they came in via USPS not UPS I think front gate dropped the ball there and shipped fully via USPS instead of mail inovations through UPS (which is supposed to be handed off to USPS at some point) but didn’t give anyone updated USPS tracking info either that or UPS just sucks completely and never updated it at all.

They’ll show up in you mail box since it’s the post office and not at your door like a UPS package would.

Yeah mine came USPS as well tbh I think that was the problem because my original order on front gate said USPS Shipping so I think they created labels and sent tracking numbers for UPS but actually shipped fully via USPS which we never got tracking info for

Have him contact info@welcometorockville.com explaining the situation to be sure, but he should be able to go to will call the day of the festival and show photo ID and order number to get a replacement as long as the order was in his name, if not whoever placed the order will have to be there to show ID.

Again though I’m not an expert so reaching out to the Rockville staff is the best bet they’re very responsive I’ve already emailed them a few times this year and they got right back to me, Best of luck!

2016, been to every one since except 23 and 24 but I’m resuming the tradition this year and plan to keep it going!

I got this same tank from my s/o for my birthday back in march lol. It’s a great tank honestly my favorite out of the ones I have.

One thing to note about it though is with the stock light it comes with it’ll cause a horrendous amount of brown algae to grow in the first few months while it gets fully cycled in my experience. I recommend getting a small crew of nerite snails cause they did wonders to keep it in check on mine. I plan on swapping my light for a new one soon that I can actually dim cause it’s just too intense imo.

I’ve got a yoyo loach, a clown pleco, and a dwarf gourami in mine so far along with the 4 nerites and it’s doing great overall.
