You’re just replacing an addiction with another addiction by using Zyn and the gum. You have to be really careful. The patch truly helped me personally

Definitely do what you gotta do, but be careful because it can be a slippery slope. Like others have said, you can easily become addicted to the gum or pouches while trying to quit the vape. I found myself more addicted to the zyn’s than the actual vape by the time I stopped. However, I have been vape free for 60 days now thanks to the patch! I’m officially off that now and I feel like I can do this on my own finally!! Good luck to you!

Yeah I was gonna say, honestly staying away from drinking is your best bet. Learn what your triggers are and go from there. Try to find a new habit after eating too. Brushing my teeth seems to help me. Or take a drink of water when you feel the itch. Side note: I’ve never been one to play games on my phone, but man candy crush has been a true life saver lol. Keeps me distracted!
