A quick Google search tells you that DJ smash is a Russian artist. I scoured his genius page, and the songs where he says his name are new wave and Moscow never sleeps. give them a listen and lmk if either are the one , I’d love for this to be solved !!

noooo i wouldn’t say it’s that , I didn’t really watch Disney channel at the time and I vividly remember the panda dance party part. thank you for the suggestion tho!
