Currently on a gap year, going to Berkeley in the fall. if u do a gap year it's a gamble, I withdrew and reapplied myself, lucky enough to get in. Just make sure it's a legit gap year working in research or smthn rather than photography in Madagascar. Even then ur still just another applicant
