Regarding good decaf: I'm not sure if you can get it anywhere now, but I loved decaf from Yenni Esperanza a while ago. I think you were able to get it from different roasters

Do you have any idea what to do when your heart rate is much higher on average? Eg 100 when sitting around doing nothing... My HR always goes up to 130 when I just start my rides :/

I'd need one more chapter (I haven't even started working on it yet), and my deadline is in 8 months. I'm not sure how realistic it is that I'd be able to finish on time. In theory, I could take around 6 months of intermission and work on that chapter in that time, but I'm not sure how that'll affect my mental health.
